After nearly a year of publishing the podcast consistently, I recently crossed a milestone I’m really proud of: 1,000 downloads. And instead of immediately pushing forward to the next goal, I wanted to take a beat to celebrate, acknowledge the journey, and ask an important question:

In this episode, I share how Crafted Connections came to life after years of daydreaming, journaling, and quietly rehearsing conversations that didn’t yet exist. I talk about the resistance that held me back — perfectionism, industry expectations, and the pressure to do things “the right way” — and why choosing an audio-only format was ultimately what allowed me to start.
